You have 90 days from the date of delivery to try your Moventa product. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund within this period.
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery
The product must be returned (used or unused)
All original accessories (such as remotes or cables, if applicable) must be included
We understand our products are designed to be used—opened and used items are eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
