At Moventa, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works and what to expect after placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on moventa.co include applicable duties and taxes.
You will not be charged additional VAT, customs fees, or import duties after checkout.

If you are contacted regarding unexpected charges, please reach out to us immediately and we will assist you.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Moventa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible—changes may be possible before shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  2. Allow up to 24 hours for delayed carrier updates

If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Shipping Delays

Moventa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Global supply chain issues

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
